Fergal, you know the body was actually created to spend energy and then rest. It is what you called Ultradian Cycle. When you are feeling tired your body is actually telling you that you need a rest. So, I recommend that you spend your energy with extreme focus for 50 minutes and take 10 minute break. Spend energy for 50 minutes and take 10 minutes break and then have 30 minutes break and have to eat something. This is for your working in line with your ultradian cycle and what you find is you are getting more step done in less time because you are motivated to do one thing with extreme focus and then rest. Your body is actually gonna like it at the same time.
