How do you stay focus on your goals?

Hi Schenk71,you know I found in my research that less than 5% of your brain power is actually used at creating goals that actually trying to discipline yourself and do actually accomplishable. I found that it is much better to train your brain so were you actually accomplish and designs your goals and not consciously live your goals without having actually think about it.
