What is your view on accepting “limitations”?

Someone asked this questions in a forum:

What is your view on accepting “limitations”?

Response:

You know, it seems to be like you have any form motivations to keep things right. There are four reasons that people do things that is, to get it done, to get it right, get along, or get it appreciated. You seem like you get it right. So, fear-failure is always gonna be your greatest fear because you want to make sure that you do things right and you do your best ability. Sometimes, that doesn't happen so that fear not even you decide to do paralyzes you. We all have limitations. If you ever studied constraints theory then you all know that we all have constraints but we can actually build a habit that strengthens our constraints. I recommend, first, to be clear on the exact constraint or fear-failure, the first thing is to be clear on it. Make a specific plan on what you gonna do to walk yourself through building a habit or you have that fear-failure, what exactly are you going to do to make that better or reverse that fear-failure and to make it sounds like it is fake. And that is possible.
