How do you set goals and manage to complete them?

Someone asked this question in a forum:

How do you set goals and manage to complete them?

Response:

I know this is six months after January 1st but I would like to share how I set goals and manage to complete them. The first thing is I trained my brain to fulfil my goals without me having to think about it. Goal settings happen only in your conscious brain and your conscious brain only runs in about 4 percent of what you do. Your non-conscious brain runs 96 percent of it. So, I have learned how to train my brain to catch my goals without me having to think about it. Now, I have a bunch of videos explaining how to train your brain. If you want, just check it out. "What should I do with my LIfe?"

How would you develop your spirituality?

Someone asked this question in a forum:

How would you develop your spirituality?

Response:

Amy Twain, the first thing that I have to do to develop my spirituality is to spend time personally with the holy spirit. The second thing would be to find out what GOD wants me to do and devote my life to the fulfilment of that tasks. I believe that is very spiritual nature because I am doing a thing that God is call me to do and I am living a life that would matter and that will change the world. And I think that is very spiritual.

Fergal, you know the body was actually created to spend energy and then rest. It is what you called Ultradian Cycle. When you are feeling tired your body is actually telling you that you need a rest. So, I recommend that you spend your energy with extreme focus for 50 minutes and take 10 minute break. Spend energy for 50 minutes and take 10 minutes break and then have 30 minutes break and have to eat something. This is for your working in line with your ultradian cycle and what you find is you are getting more step done in less time because you are motivated to do one thing with extreme focus and then rest. Your body is actually gonna like it at the same time.

How to improve your concentration?

Someone asked this question in a forum:

How to improve your concentration?

Response:

The human body is actually created to function on a work, rest, schedule. So, you work and you rest. It is best if you actually create a task that you can actually focus on, just one task at a time. Focus on  with extreme concentration. I recommend doing it for 50 minutes, take it 10 minute break. Do the tasks for 50 minutes, then, take it 10 minute break and take half an hour to go and get something to eat and rest. Furthermore, come back to do another 60-60-30. So, that is my recommendation, 50 minutes work and one thing with extreme concentrations.

How to write goals effectively?

Someone asked this question in a forum:

How to write goals effectively?

Response:

I found its best if your great goals that are "I am" or "I will be" statements because your brain doesn't know the difference between something visualize and something actually leave doubts. When you are saying that "I am getting straight as this semester" your brain will begin to work on making sure that you get straight as this semester.

Does areas of life affect other areas of life?

Someone asked this question in a forum:

Does areas of life affect other areas of life?

Response:

Ultimate, yes,I told these things that removing, let's say, what your passion about were told you save your life because the new which feel like there is no really reason to live. there is nothing that will excite you than your day. There is nothing that will give you energy for your day so every year you would like to set another something that you should remove from your life and I will set your life in possible way but these are the things that you would remove to set you.

Should Purpose and Passions be defined?

Someone asked this question in a forum:

Should Purpose and Passions be defined?

Response:

First of all, I run a site called definemypurpose. Of course, I think my purpose should be defined. Second, there are two types of purpose, the being and there is doing. The doing part of your purpose is why we focus on and why are we calls to do and what should be do in our life. I am very much so think that should be defined so that we have a clear vision of where we going and what we should be doing. And then, we can begin to devote the means of our lives toward that one thing that we are going to do.
