How do you set goals and manage to complete them?

I know this is six months after January 1st but I would like to share how I set goals and manage to complete them. The first thing is I trained my brain to fulfil my goals without me having to think about it. Goal settings happen only in your conscious brain and your conscious brain only runs in about 4 percent of what you do. Your non-conscious brain runs 96 percent of it. So, I have learned how to train my brain to catch my goals without me having to think about it. Now, I have a bunch of videos explaining how to train your brain. If you want, just check it out.
