You know I found the most important aspects to be an effective leader is to be a servant leader because they understand the needs of the people that are following them. Servant leaders know the strengths and weaknesses of the people. Also, they able to put those people in place where they can function at their best. That is why I believe that effective leader will do. Not only that; but a leader has people following them. So, you want to be able to lead cast vision and make the vision something that the people want to be able to follow. So, that is what I think how to be an effective leader.

Secondevolution, I think you need to get clear on a simple step by step process in finding your calling. Here is my definition of purpose; when you find what you love to do and use what your greatest do is to become a solution of problems that GOD calls you to fix. That is where you going to find your calling. Lookcloser, you know I think that the problem here that actually having is lack of clarity on your purpose. Once you know your purpose, your passions, skills, and everything fall in line. So, I recommend you in getting clear not just in your passions but the four types to find your purpose. So, here is my definition for finding your purpose: When you find what you loved to do and use what your greatest things to become a solution of problems that God calls you to fix. Fergal, you know one of the best resources that I found is the book of "The Way We're Working Isn't Working" by Tony Schwartz. It is the best book I found in concentration and engagement. If you are a reader, you can check it out.

Fergal, I found the best time for me to meditate is in the morning. So, I start the day with my best foot board but I am working through my passions statements that create a visions for my life. I like to do it in the morning after I wake up, the night before I go to bed, and at lunch time. So three times a day I read through my passion statements that give me clear to form my day.
